GasLight Dispensary is a licensed adult-use cannabis retailer. You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age to access our website, mobile application, purchase cannabis products, or use any Services.

  • You are legally permitted to purchase adult-use cannabis under applicable laws.

  • You will comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws.

GasLight Dispensary reserves the right to verify age and identity at any time. We may refuse service if valid identification cannot be provided.

2. Cannabis Compliance Requirements

Customers acknowledge and agree that:

3. Website and Mobile Application Use

GasLight Dispensary provides online services, including product browsing, ordering, account management, loyalty rewards, promotions, and customer communications.

You agree not to:

  • Use the Services for unlawful purposes.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems or accounts.
  • Interfere with website or application functionality.
  • Submit false information.
  • Upload harmful files, malware, or malicious content.
  • Use automated systems to scrape or collect website data without permission.

4. Customer Accounts

Certain Services may require you to create an account.

You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

  • All activity conducted through your account.

GasLight Dispensary reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that contain inaccurate information, violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or misuse promotions or rewards.

5. Online Ordering

GasLight Dispensary may provide online ordering through third-party technology providers, including Dutchie.

Submitting an order does not guarantee acceptance. Orders may be declined, modified, or canceled due to:

  • Inventory availability.
  • Failure to verify age or identification.
  • Payment processing issues.
  • Regulatory requirements.
  • Suspected fraud or misuse.

Prices, product availability, promotions, and discounts are subject to change without notice.

6. Product Information

GasLight Dispensary attempts to provide accurate product descriptions, images, availability information, and pricing.

However, we do not guarantee that all information is error-free, complete, or current.

7. Payments

Customers agree to provide accurate payment information when completing purchases.

GasLight Dispensary may utilize third-party payment providers and processing services. Payment information may be collected and processed according to those providers’ privacy policies.

GasLight Dispensary does not guarantee uninterrupted availability of third-party payment services.

8. Pickup and Delivery Services

GasLight Dispensary may offer in-store pickup, curbside pickup, and delivery services where permitted by applicable law.

Customers must:

  • Provide valid government-issued identification.
  • Be present to receive cannabis purchases.
  • Meet all legal delivery requirements.

Delivery availability, delivery areas, minimum order requirements, and fees may change at any time.
